Brian and his team were hands down the best loan experience my wife and I have had! This was our 4th home purchase, and I was leary going into this knowing my past experience.

In the past, I would have to provide copious amounts of information and then within 24hours of closing, I would be asked for another 100 pages of material! So frustrating and unnecessary! Why can't a mortgage team request everything they need and have it done 2-3 days prior to closing?

Enter Brian Kimball and his team. Lauren, specifically, was very proactive in communicating our loan status and what documents were still outstanding and/or needed. As I returned docs and requested info, she would confirm receipt. We had our loan approved and ready to go on Friday before our Monday's closing! What a relief to know our financing was solid prior to the day of closing with no surprises!

Brian was easy to work with and communicated frequently as well. He was always accessible via phone and text and operated as an advisor, not a commission-driven loan officer. He was thoughtful and kind throughout the entire process.
