I was a first time home buyer and Brandon and his team really went out of their way to be sure that all of my questions or worries were heard and answered quickly, and in enough detail that by the end of it, I thought I was the loan officer. It did not matter the time of day, Brandon was extremely responsive and quick to handle any situation that arose. Brandon and his team were absolutely AMAZING! He helped my husband and I through the process not once but twice as some unexpected things came up at the end of the first one. Literally days before we were supposed to close we had to scratch the first deal and shift gears and jump into another one. Brandon and his team didn’t skip a beat. They were all so kind to work with and made the process so easy. They answered all of our questions and made it all so seamless.
