I first met with Cory. He was amazing beautiful spirit great customer service he and I talked as if we knew each other for a long time. It was a very pleasant experience and then I dealt with Clara. Clara was amazing. Their attitudes are just great. Customer service is perfect. I loved it and I would love to be a part of that community.

If you are looking to live somewhere don't move here. I wish I could give no stars. There are roaches even after pest control. Like eggs and all. The property manager, all the way up to the regional manager, ignores your emails and concerns and will not refund you any money. I was trying to move into these apartments and saw the dead roaches in the fridge and on the carpet in most of the units I viewed. Then, when I requested my admin fee back, I was given the runaround. I know if it was your money, you would want it back, so refund mine, please. I'm tired of continuously sending emails and coming up there to ask about my money. This is unprofessional and absurd. Do not move anywhere that is run by RPM Living. They are horrible with customer satisfaction and communication...

***Update: The person who responded to this review was not the person who helped so don't believe the false pleasantries or responses from the owner or whoever is responding to the reviews. It's been a month, and I still haven't received my admin fee after talking to at least 7 different people and sending several emails.****

The minute I walked into the leasing office , I knew it was my home! The energy spoke for itself entirely. The communication was very thorough, with a family oriented atmosphere feeling. I was taken through the application process in full detail with patience. I was even able to view the unit that’s move in ready! I am full of gratitude, to have had such a wonderful experience, with the face of the community!

When I moved in my leasing agent was Richard. He was amazing he really made my daughter and I feel at home by making sure things that needed to handled was handled. Nicole the manager is amazing, understanding, and is willing to help as well. I love it hear community does a lot for the kids as well.

Speaking on the staff they get a 5 out of 5 from the time I call to set up the Tour to me actually going in and speaking with the lady who showed me around I believe her name was Elizabeth who had a bubbly personality and encouraged my feedback About the units, she showed me. They all looked good just minor things needed to touching up. I’m not really sure how the neighborhood is after hours but If they are anything like the staffing in the management office this would be a great place to stay.

I want to thank the ladies in office for making our community feel comfortable and welcoming. I’ve been staying here for a year now and I’ve enjoyed my stay here a lot. Melvia is always so helpful and well spoken when giving help her energy is very down to earth and she’s always open to helping anyone. Nicole is also great and Lavoya she’s help with everything also and very understanding to the community needs. They all make home worth coming too.

Roaches roaches and more roaches, and I’m a clean freak. Can’t get rid of the roaches, the office staff is definitely nice but the rodents is crazy, the 4 and 5 stars has to be from the company themselves. Old chairs and debris in the backyard area. Spaces under the doors, we had to spray foam under neath. My problem is the roaches, I can’t take it. No matter how much you spray and stay clean, they are always there. The office staff seems to change our workers often I guess but none of them really care especially the new guys, Just loud rude and ghetto. Leaving very very soon.

VERY GREAT ENERGY HERE!! The leasing office accommodates to your needs when it comes to the type of apartment you desire. The process is fast &, also a quiet environment to live in. Most importantly, it's the management in the office. The energy they bring is welcoming & caring sincerely. They care about their apartments & the progress moving forward!!!
