I love there properties although I was going through some things with my ex at the time that lead me to move out but at the end of the day they are the most friendly people and living people you will ever love to meet and with help you no matter what situation you’re in I regret moving out of my 4671 Bartlett rd house but it is what it is but everyone that looks at there place is well keep up and willing to fix about anything at your request........... yes my name is Derrick Hendrix

This Company is THE ABSOLUTE WORSE !!!..
one of their Morrow tenants is running an illegal halfway house and has a revolving door of strange men in and out on a bimonthly basis, the police are called there on a regular basis for disturbances , etc...(look it up), The property managers are aware , but they turn a blind eye while collecting a monthly rent check ., The apartment next door has been without heat for four days ...and it's WINTER!!!...not to mention the other conditions of these apartments.
