Brad was AMAZING to work with as a first time home buyer. Brad was very good at answering my questions and explaining everything to me so that I understood every step of this process. Brad was absolutely phenomenal to work with!! We are first-time homebuyers, and Brad answered all our questions quickly and in ways we could easily understand. He also worked hard to make sure we saved as much money in the process as we could by searching for the best mortgage rate for us AND finding a way for us to receive grant money through homebuyer education. He thinks outside the box, and was willing to look at even more unconventional options to make sure we got the best home and loan for our family.

Brad is the best at what he does, my loan didn't start with Brad, it actually started with another loan officer. I was not at all happy with the options the other loan officer had to offer. My wife and I contacted Brad, and switched. He handled everything, all the questions I had and more. The way he communicate is absolutely wonderful, he gets back with you about your concerns very quickly. Brad got me so close to the payment I could afford for the home I wanted. At the closing, the attorney said you got a very very great interest rate, I bragged about it like yep I know. Honestly, im very happy with everything, if you guys need someone to have your back with getting what you need out of your loan, I truly recommend giving Brad a call, he really knows his stuff.

Brad Payne was one of the best! We are computer illiterate literally!!!! He had so much patience's with us. He walked us though each step and never got aggravated like some loan officers we have delt with in the past. He made our process of buying our house so much easier. I will definitely use him again.
