Gabi was very helpful throughout the entire house selling process. She communicated well, was responsive to texts and email, and made sure I was up to date with each step. She has excellent negotiation skills and helped me work through a few speed bumps. With her help, I was able to sell my house for above the asking price. Gabi is knowledgeable of the market, gives expert assistance, and is a go-getter. Cannot recommend enough.

Gabi was a lot of help when I was selling my townhouse. She was very helpful explaining the process to me and answering any questions I had because I did not know much about real estate or anything like that. She was patient and encouraging throughout the process and was a good communicator. She even helped negotiate a better deal for me while she was on vacation. Will be using her again going forward!

We worked with one of their realtors Gabi, she was great at the beginning recommend a lender to us. Never will do that again since they were “friends” it didn’t seem like she wanted to step on their toes when ever I would tell her what was going on with the lenders. We were moving from out of state and my husband was out processing from the Army so we were not there for anything except for at the very end of the process. We had little communication with her near the end which I thought was a little odd. She did not do a final walkthrough with us I had asked about one and she said it was done already. Thought that was a little weird but this is our second home we bought so we aren’t super familiar with this process especially coming from a different state she had said everything was good at the walkthrough. When I asked who did it she would not tell me who it was. So when we moved into the home finally and noticed that an issue was not fixed like it should have been per the contract her response was “you should have requested the receipts of repairs before closing” we were unaware we had to do that since we had little communication with her. I would have expected her the realtor to be communicating that we need that and to be talking with the sellers agent and making sure we had all of that info before closing we have no contact with the seller or their agent so I’m unsure how we would have asked for that or would have known to ask for that.
I wouldn’t recommend her again.

I was recently widowed after 50 years of marriage. I needed to sell my home to move closer to my son. I’m so thankful for such a fine man as Tim Brackin. He explained every step to me and handled each details of the fast sale. 3 days on the market- and sold. His photos and video of my home were outstanding. Please don’t hesitate a second to trust buying or selling of a home with Tim. He was always just a phone call or text away. He goes beyond what’s standard in a realtor/ client relation.

Update: We have been asked to edit our review now that things seem to be in working order, and I would also like to give some thoughts about the whole process.
~Although things were extremely frustrating, the contractor and builder were quick to fix each thing we had go wrong with the house. Now we are a few weeks in and have had a few days of nothing going wrong, it’s been refreshing.
~ It is concerning to me that each person we talked to in the process would openly admit that others in the company would “cut corners to save money”. This is not something a new home owner wants to hear.
~ We expected the house to be wired for internet, but it wasn’t. I don’t think that breaks any rules, however, we are in 2023, it was a frustration to have to pay someone to wire the house after the fact.
If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t choose to use this company, but we are going to try to make the best out of the situation we have been given.

We were recently working with Tim and the builder he represents on purchasing one of their new builds. The whole process from start to finish was a nightmare. It was lie after lie that all came out at the closing table, forcing us to walk away, leaving us scrambling to find a place to stay.
After we finally worked through all the issues (we thought) we closed a few days later just to learn we had been lied to more and the build was as if it was their first build and they didn’t have a clue what they were doing.
I 100% don’t recommend Tim or the builder he represents!!!
Be very careful using them!! Know you are in for a bumpy ride!!!
