Sincere warning! Do not rent or do business with anyone at Bouvette Properties! They will take every penny possible charge pet fees from your deposit after they promised since I paid two months deposit and the home was AS IS (gross and dirty), not taken care of by the owner Tommy Dunn. David Bouvette called me (I’m a teacher) at work to scream at me over what ended up not being my fault at all. Black mold grew in our home after reporting weeks earlier of a water leak. I went without a fridge for two weeks, living on fast food and a cooler. No reimbursement for lost food. They will refuse to answer calls and refused to do the walk thru with me. They took months to remove two fallen trees on the home as well. I’m reporting them to BBB and co summer services. Ed bouvette and larisa Glaze are all slimy business partners and family who screw over tenants. Make sure everything is in writing and do not believe anything they say verbally. Please rent from a reputable broker:)

I rented a house from them years ago and it was not a good experience. They did not want to fix anything or they would go by doing it the cheapest way possible. The furnace was ancient and they came out there multiple times. The maintenance man did advocate for it to be replaced but the owner would not. One day I was cleaning up and a loud alarm went off and it was the carbon monoxide monitor. I had to call the fire department and was told that I had to leave the home. I was highly upset and just thank God I was up at night so I was able to get my children out of there. I was upset and this company was so rude to me.They ended up having to replace the furnace. The refrigerator was just as raggedy. It kept going out and food wasted because the owner was just simply cheap.Just a terrible experience.

Never do business with them, they are the absolute worst! Especially Britney! She has hung up in my face multiple times. I regret ever signing a lease with them. SAVE YOURSELF !!

Just tried to make a simple phone call and the person just said "Yeah I ain't doing all that." when I wanted to know some info about the house's utilities and when it was last renovated lol. Middle school behavior from a property company is wild.
