Amazing experience! The Bounce house we rented was affordable and in amazing condition. At one point I had to switch days of my reservation and the company got right back to me and was able to accommodate my needs! The set up and pick up was seamless and the party was everything my daughter could have asked for! I would recommend to ANYONE !!!!!!!!!

They were amazing. I reserved the bounce house for my daughters birthday on a Sunday. They reached out to me on Friday and said they saw the forecast and noticed it was supposed to rain Saturday and Sunday. They offered to drop it off Friday and pickup Monday no extra charge due to the potential for inclement weather. This is what customer service is about!!!! Amazing job and thank you all so much.

We had a wonderful experience! First, we were able to use the texting feature to communicate to order the bounce house and mini All-Stars inflatable. That was so wonderful. The link to pay was very easy to use. We were allowed to use a credit from a few years ago along with a military discount. The company dropped off the bouncers on time and were very pleasant to talk with. The bouncers also came with safety instructions through a link to YouTube that was sent to me. The pick up was easy because it took place while we were gone and everything was handled very professionally.

The bouncer house was a hit for my 2 year old son’s birthday. Not only was it fun for the kids, it was enjoyable for the adults as well. I was skeptical on renting such a huge bounce house for a 2 year old. I contemplated on renting a smaller age appropriate one. I quickly learned that I made the right choice. He and I couldn’t stay out of it.

Great service from start to finish. They came out early and set it up, made sure it was where it needed to be, then came back out when it was time and took it back down. Payment was easy no hassle. Bounce house was clean with no issues. Id recommend them for any event to keep the kiddos occupied!

The team at Bouncer World was great to work with! From the initial call discussing the options as well as the logistics, they were very helpful. They did a super job setting up the tents, as well as removing them the day after our event. Would highly recommend them for your events!
