Before I was even able to fully introduce myself to Bonnie on the phone, she became very rude very quickly and ultimately ended up hanging up on me and refused to return my phone calls. I have never been more offended. I work with several realtors in the area and never have I come across someone with such little regard for the person on the other line. I would not recommend, buying, selling, or listing with this individual. What a terrible way to discredit a business by using your OWN NAME and then treating customers this way. If no stars were an option, this is what I would have selected.

I was moving into the area from Atlanta and i need to find a house for my wife and kids. At my work i talked to a few people and found out that this company was well known in the area and they had a great reputation. They helped me find a great house in a great subdivision. Bonnie Mull was very helpful and polite towards me and my family. To anyone thinking of building, buying or selling in this area i would recommend Bonnie Mull Reality.

She gave me the run around on a house for rent for MONTHS saying the tenant was still paying rent and kept telling me she’d call me when it was ready for a walk thru that it was down to me and another applicant . Never received a called , called her a month after last talking to her she said the same thing . Randomly called her office and someone new answered and she said that Bonnie was out and I could call back later Bc she didn’t know anything on that house in particular. So I called on that Saturday just to see and Bonnie answered and was pretty rude and stated that house has been rented for MONTHS and there wasn’t nothing she could do for me so she’d lied the whole time just to give me the run around ! DO NOT USE HER - HER AND HER BUSINESS ARE A LITERAL A JOKE !
