Bob is fantastic! I was looking for a realtor to help me purchase a home in Kennesaw. I found him through Google. His was the second company I called, and he actually answered the phone. He answered all of my questions, and scheduled a showing the same day for the house I was interested in. Well, 6 months, 100 showings, and 5 attempted contracts later, we finally made it to closing on the home that checked almost every single one of my boxes!! Bob is super patient and responsive, he is very knowledgeable of the area and did I mention patient God Bless him, because I was not the easiest buyer to work with, that's for sure!!
I would highly recommend Atlas Realty for all of your buying and selling needs in the Northwest Atlanta market!

Bob spent the summer working tirelessly for my husband and me to find us our forever home. We were looking for a lot of very specific features but it took no time at all for Bob to zero in on exactly what we wanted in our new home. No matter how early or late in the day I would text him he was readily available to answer my questions. Bob is very knowledgeable about the characteristics we needed to avoid in a certain age house and it was great to have his expertise while we were looking. On the morning when we finally found the perfect house, we discussed the details for the contract on the spot. Bob had it written up for our signatures within the hour and sent it to the seller's agent by noon. As it had been 30+ years since we purchased our last home, Bob did a lot of hand-holding with us throughout the entire process up to and during the close. We highly recommend Bob for anyone looking for a new home.
