Eric Miller worked very hard to get us the loan for our cute old house. Front-to-back and top-to-bottom, Eric knew the ins and outs, spoke to our real estate agent, the seller's agent, walked us through the appraisal, inspection and insurance process and advised on the pitfalls of each and how to avoid them. Everything he advised us on was spot on and made all the difference. Due to the age and condition of our house, it was not an easy process but that did not deter Eric from going the extra mile and helping us secure the loan. He spent many hours with us and all the relevant stakeholders ensuring that the deal went through and it did. We could not more highly recommend Eric for your mortgage needs.
