Bluewater wasn’t too flexible, friendly, or understanding in showing us any of their listings. Didn’t want to show us multiple (2x houses) listings because “it was a waste of their time.” They made things so difficult to look at potential rentals. Maybe a wonderful company if I owned a property, but not worth trying to rent through them. I wish all the best of luck, this was just our experience. We eventually just removed all BPM listings from our search.

Aaron/Bluewater Property Management has been managing our rental property for a few years now and it has been a wonderful experience. He provides truly hassle-free and rapid service, excellent communication, current market rental rates and good quality tenants just to name a few of the benefits. Bluewater's management fees are competitive and are totally worth the peace of mind provided and lack of owner involvement required. Honestly, we probably net more revenue paying for Bluewater's service than if we tried to manage the property ourselves. Highly recommended!

Bluewater managed my property for me for 3 1/2 years, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with!
