If I had known about Blue Bridge years ago, I would not have waited so long to get into real estate. They are very competitive and have always been responsive. They truly make my rental property passive, for a very fair fee. The few times there have been maintenance issues with the property, they dealt with it quickly and affordably. Blue Bridge should be on your list to contact if you have property management needs. I felt the need to update this review since Blue Bridge has managed my property now for 2 years. I am still very pleased with the service and support they offer. If you are on the fence about real estate, contact them. Let them show you what they can do for you.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Blue Bridge Management, and I couldn't be more impressed. When I encountered an issue with my deck, they were incredibly responsive, addressing my concerns within just a couple of hours. We had our bi annual inspection with Jacob and he was awesome! He was professional, understanding, helpful and very polite. I don't usually leave reviews but I like to acknowledge when someone goes above and beyond. So thank you Jacob and thank you blue bridge for having an employee who knows what he's doing and being very respectful.

Went in for to talk about what it would take to start a portfolio, Amanda was incredibly helpful and welcoming. John was informative and willing to take the time to answer questions. He is very straightforward and doesn't spin the truth. I left the office more knowledgeable and knowing exactly who I'll entrust my properties to once we close, Blue Bridge has a client in me. Left so impressed, I took a photo to send to other investors and potential investors to know who to reach out to.

Most unprofessional management company I've ever attempted to rent from/tour with. I scheduled an in-person, guided tour through Zillow that no one showed up for. I received multiple confirmations for this tour the day before and morning of the viewing. No one bothered to contact me to cancel or reschedule. I've rented quite a few places in my life and I've never had anyone just not show up for a viewing. I was lucky enough that one of the doors was left open (it was actually broken and unable to lock as I tested it from the inside), so I was able to see the inside on my own, but this was not supposed to be a self guided tour. The property did not match the photos on Zillow and was described as available for rent immediately, but it was not clean or managed. It looked like no one had kept up with the property for months, both outside and inside. The bottom of the tub in the bathroom was cracked, the fenced in yard advertised was fenced in with chicken wire and broken, there was no landscaping or outdoor maintenance done to the property (gutters clogged, green grime on the siding, overgrown bushes, etc), the french doors were broken (they didn't lock), screens on windows were ripped, and it was dirty. In my opinion, it was also grossly overpriced for the condition it was left in. It looked like someone had abandoned it. I had hoped to talk with the management company the following day about the property and its issues, but it was taken off market before the company even opened. I never heard a word from them and I didn't appreciate driving a good distance early in the morning for nothing. If you're moving to this area, I'd try a more reputable, professional management company, or legitimate apartment complexes.
