STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Specially Debbie, very unprofessional ,and does not care about customer service.

I bought an apartment building they managed, and I asked as a curtesy to send the tenants an email about new management moving forward will be me. Debbie said since I don't pay her, that is my problem. That she never did, and never will do that. Then she denied to one of the tenants that she did not have my contact info even though I have email trails of her contacting me. The good reviews that you see in their Google reviews are fake. These people are horrible people. They do not have good business skills, nor customer skills. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

This management company is probably the worst case scenario when trying to find a legit company to rent or lease from. Debbie Dorsey and Dwight Blizzard are both examples of people trying to cheat an take advantage of the system and I HIGHLY recommend to never rent from them. Also they have posted fake positive reviews on the website. They are the most unprofessional, negative and hateful people and will not ever give you a correct answer to any renters or leasing issue. I cannot say enough about the warning to stay away.

My encounter with the staff was terrible. Highly unprofessional. The staff are supposed to be helpful, however, they are nothing but crooks. All of their accounting and ledgers are done by paper and they mishandle funds. I would not be surprised if they were cooking the books and committing fraud. Dwayne even took God’s name in vain at one of the home owners. Please do not buy property with Blissard managing anything.

I have been a tenant for almost a year. Everyone in the office has always been helpful and professional. I have had a couple of maintenance things pop up and they are ON TOP of it - same day help, every time even though they were not emergencies.

DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY! Nickel and diming crooks! The absolute worst experience with a rental management in 25 years of renting property. You would be better off renting a motel room every week for a year than sign a lease with these people! What a joke!

The staff is very professional and courteous. We called about an issue and they had a repairman out within 15 min and the owner came out within in a couple of hours. They have been very helpful and accommodating with us. Would definitely recommend to others

Run don’t walk if the Blizzards are handilling the rental themselves. They tried to force me to take a tenant that wasn’t qualified. Right!!!!! Fishy and Fishy reviews on here!!

Been renting here for 5 years now and couldn't ask for better service and even better people Debbie and Don go above and beyond to help in anyway they can i would highly recommend Blissard Management
