Do not rent your home through Blanchard and Calhoun. They don't return phone calls, their billing is highly questionable, and their repairmen are absolutely terrible. After my house experienced a leak last December I asked that we use my insurance to complete the repair work. Instead of listening to my wishes they sent their handyman to do a job that was clearly over his ability level. I now have to pay almost $12,000 out of pocket because homeowners insurance won't cover poor craftsmanship. I elevated the situation to the vice president of property management and he didn't even bother returning my email.

Blanchard and Calhoun is such a great company with a well know name throughout the community. A company with high standards and great values. The property management department is no exception. They are very knowledgeable and understand what it takes to manage the relationship between the owner and the tenant. They go above and beyond for their clients. I would recommend Blanchard and Calhoun to anyone!

We rented through this company from 2007-2020. The rental “manager” who was over our property changed hands several times. The last “manger” over the property had never been out to the property or seen it. I sent our home warranty to the office which apparently was thrown out and we were charged serval times for services that would have been covered under our home warranty. When I would try to reach a person in charge who could actually help my called never went anywhere. I would not recommend using this company.
