Thanks to Bill Gifford I was able to find a lender to get approved for a mortgage so that I was able to move to the area to get my business started back up. Being self employed makes getting approved difficult and a lot of paper work comes along with it but Bill worked tirelessly to find the right program and get approved. Highly recommend and not only does he work tirelessly for his clients but he has so many contacts and referrals, that when you do move to the area, he knows of someone for anything you are looking for pretty much.

Because I am self employed it is almost impossible to find a lender to take me on just based on a good credit score but Bill Gifford found the program that worked for me and only because of him it was possible for me to be able to move to the Huntsville alabama area to start up my buisness. This guy worked hard and I'm talking long hours, a ton of paperwork, retrieving documents etc. Anyone else would have passed me up but Bill helped me find what worked to get me approved and for that my girlfriend and I will be forever grateful and are excited for the upcoming opportunities this area brings!
