My partner and I just closed on our first home with the superb support of Betsy and Kathryn! This dynamic duo (plus Sanjani) were amazing to work with. We were very new to the real estate world and learned so much from them; they really took the time to educate us on the housing market and home buying process. On our tours, Betsy was full of helpful tips and pointers like what plants would grow best in a given area or how a space could be remodeled for better flow. They patiently answered every question we asked and when we needed to connect with other professionals, they had personal recommendations for everyone from mortgage brokers to appraisers.
When we saw our dream home at an open house, Kathryn took us back twice for private viewings before we made our offer. She helped us understand all potential issues with city ordinances and natural features of the yard. Kathryn then helped us craft our final offer and advocated for us with the seller’s agent. We were incredibly lucky to have our very first offer on a home accepted, only 4 weeks after our first meeting. As an added bonus to their wonderful service, Betsy and Kathryn donate 10% of every commission to the environmental organization of their clients’ choice.
