Beth really was awesome. She made video walk throughs of the homes we asked to see. Given what I had heard regarding the housing market at the time of purchase I was ready to offer over asking for a home. Beth advised against it and we offered under asking and ended up getting exactly the house we wanted. She went back and forth with the seller and got repairs done for us and really looked out for our interests throughout the entire process.
