Samantha was AMAZING! She guided us throughout the entire process to finally obtain the house of my dreams! She reviewed all documents before I signed them and answered the hundreds of questions that we had. We never felt rushed or pressured. When going to see the houses, she’d continuously ask questions to ensure we felt comfortable with the property. Additionally, we were very impressed at how quick the whole process was, it all took less than 3 weeks from when the offer was submitted. Samantha always appeared to be ahead of the game and had all the paperwork prepared and ready for the mortgage company, the realtors and all of the parties involved. She also handled all the inspection, appraisal, septic tank and all the appointments that were needed to finalize the process. Of course, she communicated with us constantly to keep us in the loop of whatever was happening (and did I mention we asked a lot of questions? She knew all the answers!)
