I have used Lisa Bernstein for several real estate sales/purchases in the last few years and I have had the best experience! They preyed on an elderly woman with no living relatives, no family/friends to stick up for her, by convincing her that her GORGEOUS 3 bedroom, 2k sq. ft. home on over 2 acres wouldn't sell for more than 250k. Disgusting.

Jason got me more than I asked for! At first I was going to sell my house on my own but Jason graciously chatted with me about pros and cons, and we discussed what I expected to get out of the property. He really worked with me to address my concerns, then came to me with 3 solid bids in about a month, each one better than the other. Jason works with you! Plus I did not have the hassle of handling showings and schedules. Yeah! His team was very responsive and walked me through reviewing bids, acceptance, and closing.
