Bernice is absolutely amazing! He was so patient and thorough throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home. Being a first time home buyer can be intimidating, and lead to many questions from a buyers perspective (atleast it did for me). Bernice showed excellent expertise and really helped walk us through securing our loan. It’s so important to have great people in your corner through a big purchase like this, and Bernice delivered! Well what to say about Bernice Pace, if I had to describe him in one word it would be AMAZING. The effort that he put in dealing with myself and realtor to obtain my home was phenomenal. We went through the process on four different properties before we got it right. And the first three attempts were no ones fault other than my own. His availability was remarkable day or night the communication was always on time. Without his diligence and commitment to seeing me own a home we would have never closed, but "We Made It".
