Ebbi is the absolute best!!! Entirely due to Ebbi, we were able to get exactly what we were looking for. We were purchasing a home from out of town, and we had some idea of the type of house/property we wanted, but we didn't have much knowledge of the neighborhoods (just that we love Kanab!). Add to that, the market is so crazy that if you don't jump on an opportunity immediately, you miss out. Ebbi showed us several houses remotely, and gave us an honest assessment of the pros and cons of each place. She kept us informed of what was coming on the market, was very respectful of our needs, and didn't pressure us at all. When we found a house we really wanted, she jumped on it, got us the first showing, and we had an offer in by the end of the day! If Ebbi hadn't acted so quickly, both in showing us the house and in preparing our offer, there's no way we would have gotten the house in this crazy market. In addition, Ebbi clearly has a deep knowledge of, and love for, Kanab. Even after we closed on the house, she connected us with people and resources in the Kanab community (utilities, handyman, etc.), which helped us a ton. We highly recommend Ebbi!!!
