Wilkins was always hands on and on top of emails, requests, issues. Basically, he moved at a pace that shocked everyone. He also quickly adjusted to following the steps of the home buying program I signed up with. I heard nothing but positive feedback about Wilkins from the sellers agent, the title company and the home buyer program. It was great working with my friend and can't wait to do it again.

This is the second property Callie has purchased for me. And when I say that, I mean quite literally. In both cases I was traveling for work. Most of the time completely out of contact range, only able to communicate infrequently by satellite. Callie found the properties, handled the negotiations, organized inspections, repairs and anything else the came up during the process.
Much of the time this was done without input from me; however she always worked within the parameters I set, and often to my benefit.
Trust can me difficult to come by in this world; however Callie has proven time and again she can be relied upon to always work in the best interest of her client.
I could not be happier with the outcome and will continue to use her for future purchases.

My husband and I were connected with Steve Cook through our mortgage company. We were moving to Rhode Island from New York and didn't know anyone there who could recommend a realtor. Because we couldn’t see every house in-person that we were interested in, it was really important that we trusted our agent. We feel so lucky that we were randomly connected with Steve. He always got back to us immediately when we had questions and set up appointments for showings really fast to help us stay in the running for houses we were interested in. Steve took the time to help us understand the housing market and the home buying process. He also shared invaluable advice about houses we visited and ways to increase our chances of getting to contract, which turned out to be key to us getting the house we wanted. As first-time home buyers, we were intimidated by the home buying process, and Steve made what we anticipated to be an awful process, surprisingly painless. As a first-time home buyer, Andrew was extremely helpful in walking me through the home buying process. He always gave me the facts and did not lead me a stray. Andrew ended up helping me buy a home in this market that was not above asking, newly renovated and in a great location. Andrew dealt with everything seamlessly while working beside my mortgage lender; leading us to close 2 weeks early. During the process, If I needed to go see something, Andrew was there; If I had questions, Andrew was there.
