I’ve lived here for over 5 years. The last two and a half have been quickly going downhill. Silly parking rules, pest control never comes anymore, water being cut off for entire building without any heads up (just met with excuses of why they didn’t warn any of the residents. If Trussville Gas and Water is on YOUR premises as the property manager, you’re gonna be aware of it. A simple email heads up that your water would be cut off would have been a nice gesture for when we are all trying to get ready in the morning). Try to get in touch with anyone in management office and they never seem to be there o reply to an email and same for corporate. Trying to get out as soon as we can.

My family and I have been here for 9 years as of July of this year. We love living at Bentwood, and very happy that we finally have a community manager that cares about the residents. Will definitely be signing a new lease next year.
Update: Just renewed our lease for another year. 😊 Couldn't ask for a better place to live, hope to continue living here for a long time. Couldn't ask for a better office staff. They are absolutely amazing!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I lived there for 2 years. I moved out and now they are claiming I owe them 12,000 dollars for damages to the apartment. Absolutely ridiculous. I would highly recommend living somewhere else.

I was trying to communicate with office and Searly several ways to terminate my leasing. After lot of communication I submit my notice and that is not even posted on the website. Moreover, I asked the community manager how is the process in case of uncalled issue make me terminate my lease. She said just two months notice would be just fine. Now they are giving me hard time not following that commitment. I hope office will notice this at least.
