My sister and I recently closed on our parent’s home. Joseph Skracic came highly recommended to us to help in the selling the house after they passed away. Since, my sister and I are both from out-of-town, he quickly made time to walk through the house while we were all still there. We were both immediately impressed by his professionalism and quick response. Through the estate sale and probate proceedings, he was helpful and patient. As soon as we were able to put the house on the market, he was right there for the postings and had pictures taken right away. A buyer with a fair offer was found within 2 weeks. During the home inspection some issues came up, he helped us work those issues. I am very happy that we put our trust in him. He remained professional and patient during the entire time.

We had a negative experience working with Chandler Brown as a sellers agent for a property that we were interested in purchasing. She hid many details about the solar power system that was on the home and the repairs that had been agreed upon. She was also unethical in trying to keep our deposit. Scott Hanson (broker) was very little help in resolving this issue. I caution anyone who is considering using this real estate company.

Any agent can Open an escrow but the good agents know how to close them and he is a closer. He stays on top of the paperwork and answers his phone calls. If you Need things done to the house to get the sale through He has the resources. In closing I highly recommend.
