My husband and I recently bought our first home and thank God we chose Bill Clayton with Benchmark as our lender. I'm am super type A - and again this is our first home- so we had thousands of questions. Bill took the time to make sure I was well informed about every detail; we had several meetings and we was available as often as I needed. His staff is friendly and competent. I felt like I was in good hands right away. & the time!! They are so quick- which is beyond impressive with how thorough and meticulous they are! Bill and his team did an amazing job throughout the whole process of securing my new house! I barely had to do anything. They found the best rate possible and some of the new amenities at their disposal (Utility Concierge) are amazing! They had/shopped a home insurance quote that beat the one I received, and the company that setup my internet and security cameras/system gave me back a lot of time to focus on work!

Bill and Team at Benchmark are simply amazing. Started to finance our new home with a major bank and the unresponsiveness and lack of communication was infuriating. Finally followed another’s advice and called Bill and his team. The process was so smooth, they were caring and generous and involved - they cared for US, not just our money and business. Brian & the entire Benchmark team were magnificent!
