Beyond grateful to Michael at Bellini for fixing my granddaughter's ring. Is is her mother's ring who passed away in 2017 when my granddaughter was 18 years old. She gained weight due to medication she was on and had to have the ring cut off. we asked MIchael if he could fix it and he said he could for $40.00. We agreed and after he looked at it closer he called and said the ring would not survive the heat. We decided that he should go ahead and we would deal with the fallout. the stone did not survive . We decided we would have the setting turned in to something else. Michael called and said he would replace the stone and fix the setting at the agreed price. We picked it up today and it looks just like new. Thank you Michael for extremely generous kindness

Completely incompetent. Went in for a simple watch battery replacement and now my watch is broken. Owner took no responsibility but my watch worked when I walked in and didn't when I walked out. Wouldn't trust these idiots with anything valuable.

Brought my watch to an authorized repair shop for my brand of watch and had the battery replaced no problem after recovering the conductive film that was removed by Bellini in error.

Owner trying to say the watch was broken before he touched the watch which is a complete lie. No responsibility taken.

Stay away from this shop.

I had the pleasure of visiting Bellini Jewelers, and was so glad I did. My salesperson was Billy. He, couldn't have been more professional, helpful, and polite. He,helped with suggestions and pricing was terrific. It, was my first visit and wouldn't be my last. Beginning new in the area I am so pleased to find a store that I feel so comfortable visiting and trusting. I am a first time customer, I visited the store to have a chain repaired. I was quoted a price of $35.00 & given a time frame in which the chain would be repaired. Not only was the chain repaired on time but, the price was adjusted in my favor ( it only cost me $15,00) I was pleasantly surprised that the store actually adjusted the price cause they were able to salvage a piece of the chain saving me the additional cost!!! I took the time to write this review cause of the store^s honesty & the great job they did on my chain!!! It was and overall great experience!!! Kudos to you Bellinii Jewelers.
