Ever since we moved here two years ago, we had a bad experience living here. First, this apartment is an old apartment. Every time we tried to request a repair from our apartment they took forever to respond to our email and get our apartment fixed. In the apartment we have been renting ever since we moved in the carpet, walls, sinks, and bathrooms are not clean at all. It looks like the cleaning was rushed so that we can start moving right away. My wife and I had to clean it instead of requesting it.

I've visited the office probably more than 20x now and most of the time their office is always closed. I am aware that their lunch time is 12-1pm and I don't visit during their lunch hours. The customer service of the manager Veronica and her assistant is very poor. Once you walk inside of the office, both of them won't even greet you how are you, or how may I help you?

The gate is always broken, they mentioned there is a security roaming around but I feel like the security only visits once a month. The dumpster is always full, I had to email them to let them know that the dumpster is been full for almost a month. You'll see insects, rats, spilled liquids and so much more.

Not to discriminate but there are always black people playing their music so LOUD outside while driving their vehicles or motorcycles in the middle of the night like 12-2 AM. It happens probably 2-3x a month.

Lastly, there are roaches, bugs, inside of our apartment. Here we go again, I emailed the office and they said, they will send someone to spray our front and inside apartment but guess what? we still get roaches, and bugs. Just an fyi my wife and I are very clean. we clean our apartment mostly every week.

I'm saying this because I've experienced touring $2300-2700 other apartments and they treat you like a 5-star hotel. Greeting you with a smile, asking if you want snacks, food, and overall great experience!

I don't recommend this Apartment at all. Manager Veronica and her assistant are unprofessional and have very poor customer service. We only lived here for two years, because we had no other option. This is my honest opinion and this is what we've experienced living here for two years.

This is the worst apartment complex we have ever lived in. We have been here for 2 years and have seen nothing but poor quality. The office staff does not communicate well and have not returned calls regarding the disturbing neighbors we live under. Security has documented about the man upstairs acting aggressive when told to keep it down and trying to come down to fight us. we have called police and left two voicemails for office staff with no response and are still are being swept under the rug because they don’t want to address this problem. This is a direct violation to our lease stating we have the right to have peace. Maybe this bad review will make them call us back and come up with a solution to this current problem. Just to name a few issues that have gone on here… We have had maintenance act belligerent towards us, purposely locking us out of the apartment so I had to break the door down. They still keep this man on staff. Our cars have been vandalized and broken into. Packages are now being stolen. The pool is not very well maintained and homeless people break in and wash their clothes in it. We get letters on our door because someone is smoking in the building. Stay far away from this place. Unfortunately we are stuck here for another year due to our other housing falling through and not enough time to find something else before the lease was up.

This is a lovely place to live and one of the nicest apartments in Antioch/Brentwood area. Me and my Fiance had looked all around and this was the best place for sure. Upscale apartments with good prices (compared to other apartments in the area). Staff that works there is great and also lives in the apartment complex which is a bonus. They are very genuine and want to make sure the place is ran well and all around maintained. I have lived here now for almost a year. The one bedroom apartments are nice with plenty of room. The kitchens are huge with tons of counter space. In unit washer and dryer is very convenient as well. I cannot say much about the 2 bedroom as I have not seen them but I am sure they are similar. Community gym is a very good size and pool as well.

I attempted to rent there in the middle of 2020 right after new management took over. They first accepted my application and led me to believe that I qualified for an apartment. A couple of days passed, they then ended up telling me that my application was denied because they couldn't verify my income, even though I provided all the paperwork necessary to prove my income. I asked them why was it that they couldn't verify my income, but I never received a sincere answer for it. I'm a veteran, I provided them my legal V.A. documents and soon after they denied me my application without any solid reasoning at all. Till this day I feel I was discriminated against because of my V.A. status, I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with the total process.

Just got the news that Property Management will be changing as of July 1st 2020 . Im super bummed because Richard & Lauren are amazing! I have lived @ this apartment complex for almost a year and not only is it luxurious, clean & friendly here but the property managers are what made it nice to live here. Besides being professional , They know how to listen & communicate, so knowledgeable and kind!!! Both Always with a positive attitude and very personable. Im sad that they are leaving and hope that new management is as experienced and awesome
because living here wont be the same if they arent!!
