I wanted to send an email to you to brag on Becky Herndon. She was an absolute God send for me to work with. I was using another associate who never called me or anything. I then switched to Becky and it was night and day. She communicated regularly and kept me up to speed to everything that was happening during the process. She helped me get things I was supposed to get for her to help me out while I was working. I am a Finance Manager at an RV dealership and spent over 30 years in the car business, but I had not bought a home in over 30 years and was clueless about the whole process until Becky.
