I highly recommend working with Beaufort Property Management. After struggling to manage my rental property on my own, I reached out to Kevin Prentice at Beaufort Property Management to take over and did not regret it. He was very professional, responsive, and did a great job of taking care of my property and tenants. Having him manage the property took away all the headaches I was dealing with and made having a rental property so much easier. Recently, I decided to sell the property, and again Kevin stepped up, coordinating some cosmetic cleanup to get the property ready to sell as well as working with the current tenants to make sure they were still taken care of. It was an odd situation, and he handled it seamlessly. I really can't say enough about working with Beaufort Property Management. Whether you're a renter, buyer, or are looking to have someone manage your property, I would recommend them again and again.

My fiancé and I were supposed to view a home today. We had a 3:00 appointment with
Kevin Prentice. I took off work early and drove 40 minutes to the location. We waited 30 minutes and he never showed up or answered our phone call. Very frustrated he cost me time and money.

So I have not moved into our home as of yet however I can say when all others just didn't want to take the time to help Kevin really put himself out there to find us something that worked for us .Both he and his fellow agent John really made this kind of easy.Once he did his magic and found us a house it was easy like Sunday morning. Do yourself a favor start your search here and it will save time and a ton of frustration.Thanks for all your help Kevin and John
