Enjoyed a great stay here in early September. The location is perfect for quick access to everything around Kodiak and it was such a relaxing place to have as our home for a few days. Right on the water, you're to watch the fishing boats come and go all day long and there was a trio of sea lions that hung out right behind the house.

The house itself was very comfortable with all the comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and eating, a gas grill to cook up some of that delicious Alaskan salmon, and 3 very comfortable bedrooms to recharge at night.

Overall, great place and would highly recommend!
