As a renter my husband and I had great experience with Beach Cities Management. We mainly interacted with Solumae her and the rest of staff there are genuine and friendly. The unit we rented was excellent. If we ever had an issue it was resolved quickly. Anytime we had a question via text or email it was responded to within a couple hours. As a renter we loved it on Long Beach.

My partner and I have been in our new apartment for a month now and have been really impressed by this management company. During the application process, an agent is almost always available for questions and updates via text. Upon move in, the apartment was clean and well cared for. We later met the neighbors, one of which has been in the same building for 20 years, who confirmed that Beach Cities is continually making improvements to their properties. The only thing I would change - it is very strange to me the apartments don’t come with a refrigerator or microwave, but maybe that is standard practice now. Regardless, I could not recommend Beach Cities enough!
