We worked with Tyler from Be at Home Utah and honestly I could not pick a better realtor if I tried. We started talking to Tyler about a year before we actually started the process to build our home and he was always there to answer questions. Buying a home isn’t a perfect process sometimes it’s frustrating, emotional but also so overjoying. Tyler was with us through the ups and downs, handled anything and everything that I was too frustrated to talk about myself and always was so reassuring. He even helped with the kids sometimes when we had to bring them along. After everything I would consider Tyler not only just our realtor but a friend as well. Tyler Morales has been so helpful and has made our transition from us selling our home in Salt Lake City to St. George a delightful experience. They offer a wide range of home prices to fit everyone's budget. We elected to build a home through them and are working with Wright Brothers construction who are doing a great job and making the process of building a home easy. Be At Home Utah has a lot knowledge in the field of decorating as well and will help you select a great builder and follow through to end of the build with you. Loved working with Tyler and Meghan, first as our property managers and then as our realtors. If you really professionals who get it done, you need Tyler and Meghan, they are the best! So professional and knowledgeable. They had such a great understanding of all aspects of buying and selling and clearly understood the market.

These guys don't miss a beat. We were kept informed on everything. We totally loved that we could get ahold of them easily, super helpful to us since we were living in a different location. Any kind of follow-up was extremely prompt and nothing fell through the cracks.

But the best part was that Tyler and Meghan had our best interests in mind, which isn't always the case with realtors. This whole experience couldn't have been better. Sold our home in two days for asking price, and were kept us apprised every step of the way. Slick and painless! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Meghan and Tyler helped me with a LOT. Although it wasn't a 1M house and just a dirt Lot both Meghan and Tyler spent more than 30minutes on the phone with me multiple times. It is also refreshing that they answer text messages and emails in a timely manner and even pick up the phone when you call. Ive dealt with agent that take days to answer texts or emails in the middle of escrow! I get that RE is booming and all agents are very busy, but it is common courtesy to answer texts, emails and to fairly represent clients. You cant lose with Be at Home UT
