I have been a homeowner at Bayside for over 25 years. It look like many of the negative reviewers here are not actual home owners, and that makes me really mad and frustrated because non owners have no business reviewing the community, its HOA or the management team. Bayside is a community of private home owners and HOA and management are to serve them. If you rent there, your business is with your landlord, not with the management, HOA or Amir. But don't forget, HOA and the management are responsible to look after the interests of all owners and to protect and better the community and its value for all owners. As part of that, there are rules that they must enforce to make sure the community is taken care of as a whole. If you live there, the rules apply to you too. If you don't want HOA or management to get involved in your business, just follow the rules! If you don't know what they are, ask! My tenants have lived there for years and HOA has never bothered them.

I see many of these negative reviewers base their review on the conduct of Amir. As an owner at Bayside I can attest to the fact that he is blunt and straightforward but never rude. I am in fact very thankful that he has accepted the responsibility to look after my home and the homes of the rest of the community. I am happy that he is involved with the day to day activities of the community, because under his guidance and the rest of the directors on the board, Bayside Commons has done a 180 degree turn from where it was with the previous board and has become a great place with wonderful common areas and equipment, as well as fantastic finances, and as the result our property values have increased substantially.

Bottom line, Bayside is a great place to live for both home owners as well as those who like to rent there. As long as your conduct shows you care for the community, no one will bother you.

I write this review to share with people who are currently living in the community or plan to move in the community. I have similar experience as other reviewers who experienced being threatened and harassed by Bayside Commons HOA’s president or manager, Amir. He spends all day around the community and tries to catch any violations as possible. He would come up and question you in a sudden even if you don't violate anything. He restricted me on the sizes and weights and quantity of my packages. He threatened to fine me when he saw my kids bringing pool noodles into the swimming pool. He threatened to fine residents if caught walking through the garage gate. He does not allow kids to run around the tennis court. There’s no room for negotiation if anything is against his own rules or anything he is not happy with. Despite coming up with a bunch of rules to control the residents of the community, he never complied with rules. I have seen him parking his car in the red line zone near the gym or in front of the community clubhouse many times. I have seen him parking his car at the handicap reserve spot a few times and also he parked his car in the middle of the garage blocking the exit. I was once stalked by him because he wanted to know which unit number I am living in. He does not listen to any opinion if it's not aligned with his own values. Apparently Amir is above the rules in this condominium community. Not only does he want to control people but also he wants to control pets. He demanded DNA samples from all residents’ pets. He is specifically not respectful to women and unfriendly to kids. Because he would threaten a woman in front of her kids. I felt like being monitored or supervised in every move in this condominium community. I don't know where I could file a complaint regarding Amir's rudeness and unprofessional behavior. I hope this review will help other people.

I am new here and I don’t feel be respected when communicating with the management. When I asked questions he just walk away and I am sure he heard it. Slander me for unfolding the box trash. I feel really really offensive and angry.

Amir the manager/ broker is a very inconsiderate individual. I've see him mistreat delivery personnel and vendors.

I haven't lived there but two of our foreign, visiting families, each staying a couple of years have and found Bayside Commons to be very convenient and safe.
