I rented a one bedroom apartment from Bay Vista Property and I'm here to tell you it was a big mistake. The heater was not functioning and it will be repaired when I moved, so I told Sean O' Hare (Property manager) that I can wait a week before moving in to give him time to get the the heater fixed. A week passed and the heater was still not working. I tried to deal with the freezing cold but after a couple of days I had enough. I moved out and I gave Sean my notice. Despite being there for a few days and not making a mess , Sean decided to keep all of my rent money and mail me less then half of my security deposit . Sean told me I was being penalized for because I wouldn't give him chance. I would I give a slum lord another chance.

This location is a Joke. My family with three kids & my wife have lived at this location for two years and we’ve complained numerous times regarding the stove not working. The response was COVID-19 making it hard for the propery management to obtain a stove. Our local appliance store indicated they could deliver one tomorrow The house AC does not work properly which was reported multiple times but no response. The company is very responsive in making sure they get their rent on time and all the obligations that they feel like they need to throw on a tenant. But not willing to fulfill their duties of managing a property. Sean the property management informed us they “dropped the ball” on managing this property. Be cautious in renting from Bay Vista property as your home sweet home might become a hole in the wall leaving you to suffer.
