I'm a licensed realtor in the Bay Area so have pretty high standards on property management, and April Martin at Bay Realty has surpassed them time and time again over the past year. She helped get fabulous tenants in place, has helped on communication with them in getting a few property upgrades completed in a manner convenient for them, and even wrestled a handyman to install a new induction stove. Their financial reports are first rate and overall, just great value for the money. Thanks!

My experience, anchor point office, they have not once ounce of integrity. I went in to ask about a property that's been off the market that they have listed, she said I'll get back to you, I never heard from her, as I was the neighbor to the property in question the realtor went behind my back and all of the sudden my other neighbor owns it huh, sounds like she went to the neighbor and asked her if she wanted it before getting back to me. Wow don't trust them to do the right thing, just a heads up if your looking for integrity. There is none there.
