She made sure I was well informed throughout each stage of the application process, any obstacles along the way she worked with me, and overall she made this process extremely easy.

The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and well kept. I look forward to my time here.

Jacquline is hands down the best leasing staff I have encountered. She’s caring and sincere. She went above and beyond to help me. My mother passed shortly before I was due to move and she gave me a sympathy card. Wow. I love it here.

I have been staying at Battle Creek Village Townhomes for two years now. The staff are nice, responsive and have great hospitality. They are always on top of their communication about maintenance and events occurring at the property.

Whenever I have an issue regarding maintenance (rarely do I have those), the issue is resolved within a 48 hour period, and usually the very next day.

The upkeep of the property is some of the best I’ve seen. They keep the grass cut, sidewalks and entryways washed, parking lot free of debris, pool and its area clean, etc.

I’ve been very happy with my stay and appreciate how personable and caring they are.

My children and I moved here from Orlando, FL, after selling our home. We were moving from Airbnb to Airbnb, which was stressful, to say the least. Every place we were seeking was either already occupied, there was a waiting list, and or there was no communication to apply. With that being said, I was almost at a breaking point. I called Battle Creek after a scheduled apartment tour that never went through at another property, and it was on a whim that I called, and they just so happen to have listed a 3 bedroom townhouse earlier that day. IMMEDIATELY I applied online, in faith, since I had never physically been at the property. I'm happy to say the application process was AMAZING, the staff is friendly and professional, and I LOVE my space. This was the best decision for me and my family. We successfully moved in January 21, 2022, and I'm looking forward to this new Georgia chapter. Overall, I'm excited and thankful to call this place home. To God be the Glory; always 💕

Living here is a safe and comfortable experience. The Staff provides premier service and timely updates. The Maintenance crew is timely in completing requests AND clean up after repairs . The Office team are always professional and the monthly tenant events are well planned. This environment is home.

I have lived here for 4 years. I feel completely safe. Living here gives you the incentive to buy a home. Also, the staff and I have always had a good relationship and my dog Jazzy just loves them. No complaints.
