I highly recommend this place to purchase or sell a home, specifically Beth Carver. I dealt with Beth for our search of a new home and she was absolutely amazing and extremely patient. It took us a few years to find a great home, but she was always willing to work with us on our time frame, coming from S. Ca. She was always on the ball getting things done with corresponding and keeping in touch with us when new listing came up. We tried four other real estate agents, two agents from Donna Prides office and two agents with C-21 Ditton, NOT ONE of the other agents lifted a finger to call or email us when a new listing came up in our range. Beth was ALWAYS staying in touch with either new listing or just to let us know nothing has come up yet. She went above and beyond. Once in escrow, my case was an extreme nightmare and again, she was always on top of getting calls and things done. If she worked this hard to find us a home, I am sure she would do the same to sell. As well, everyone I dealt with in her office that helped with anything, was extremely friendly and very helpful. They always get messages out to their agents ASAP for quick responses. I would use her if I sell my home or to purchase again and again.

I would love to see one of their rentals first hand, but we were unable to due to poor customer service. I had to contact Bass Lake Realty twice about a property I saw online. It was in our price range and available the dates we were looking at. Finally I received a call from Debbie and she was very short and rude to me. I asked her for a break down of the cost so I could discuss it with my husband and she acted very annoyed. I told her I just needed to go over the total cost with my husband and would call her back. I called back 3 hours later and the property already had a hold on it. I wasn't told I could put a 24 hour hold on the property. I wish I had known that. Another women at the office offered to contact the party that had a hold on the property to see if they were in fact going to book it. That was the nicest gesture I got out of the company. Low and behold, they are going to rent the property, so now I am out a cabin for our family vacation. Very disappointing and very frustrated with Debbie. I will never look into renting from them again.

I tried to rent a property from Bass Lake Realty for several days around 4th of July. They advertise several places via HomeAway-VRBO. Unfortunately, my attempt to reserve online was not successful - reservation was not going through despite multiple attempts. Call to VRBO Customer service didn't help either. I also called Bass Lake Realty and they send my request to someone who is dealing with rentals. No reply. Overall my impression is that they are extremely slow with their response.
