**RAVE**RAVE** I wanted to wait a week after our move-in to ensure we gave an accurate review and honest opinion of this place.

Our move in process was seamless. We rented this property, sight unseen as we came from TX and work we on the Fort. The application process was super simple is done on-line. The Property Manager, Ms. Victoria was quite attentive and very open in all communications. From the time we completed the application process to move-in was less that a week. Upon move-in, there were some issues with our apartment but the maintenance team was on it and expedient in responding to the the issues and repairs we had.

We chose this complex as it is quiet, and out of the "limelight" of town. The grounds are so green and pretty much the entire grounds are covered with mature trees that provide so much shade. The grounds are very well maintained, and meticulously landscaped.

The ambiance of the complex is very peaceful. The residents are friendly and we have not heard any loud disturbances or noisy neighbors. In our opinion, this is the nicest complex in Barstow to rent. We can definitely make this place our home.

Barstonian Apartments, has been so far the easiest process and they get back to you within 24 hours following up on your application. We got approved and finalized all paperwork very easily. Daniel that works there is awesome and so kind! He has great customer service. He took care of my family very well we greatly appreciate it.

I have lived here for two years. Ms. Linda is very professional and helpful. She goes above and beyond her job specs. They maintain the property very well, and the staff on the days Ms. Linda is off will assist you in anyway they can.

I don't live here, but I was able to sneak in the gate and check this place out. Its very nice, quiet, and very well maintained. By far the nicest, most secure Apts in Barstow, and it's out of town enough not to draw any dumpster divers.. Garages for $50 a month, a big draw for me..

It's a decent complex compared to the rest of Barstow, but be prepared to pay a lot of money for it. The apartments look nice, and have some decent amenities, unfortunately you can tell with a close look that the clean look is mostly a veneer on questionable construction.

Even worse, they'll gouge you for everything they can. They tried to increase my rent by OVER $150 when it came time for renewal. Every other rental company I've dealt with is happy to discuss rent increases and come to an agreement that works for both parties (at least, if you've been a good tenant). But this place... Wow. It was like talking to a stone wall. No desire to keep good tenants. The only response I received for all the increased fees and new utility bills was "because."

In short, avoid this place. Nothing but greedy people.

Their lawnmowers blast for hours and they walk them on the concrete not doing anything but making noise. This place is not suitable if you're looking for a good nights sleep and peace.
