Terrible rental company. They apparently have too many properties and they aren't able to manage them properly. Any maintenance issue will take several days and multiple attemps/visits. They hire the worst/cheapest contractors possible and it shows. You can't call the office, it's a call center where English is the 2nd language. Nicole (the person you might speak to in the office, if she calls you back because she will NEVER answer when you call) is rude and not helpful or solution oriented at all. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. IF THEY TOOK OVER YOUR CURRENT LEASE, YOU SHOULD RUN. WHEN MY LEASE IS UP I WILL AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Also, im currently without power goin on day 4 because they don't want to hire a certified electrician. They have hired 2 electricians that couldn't fix the issue and today they tell me "oh we need to find a CERTIFIED electrician" i told you guys that 4 days ago. Why would you keep sending these cheap ? to my house that know nothing.

A true disgrace. Do not rent from this company the maintenance on properties is deplorable. The front office workers are racist and belittling. I've never been so scared for my life and safety before. They ignore me like my life does not matter. I pray they didn't kill me. Even if you pay on time every month they will ignore you. Before renting from them do your research.

Update: Everything has been fixed, but I'm still moving out at the end of this month in May because I am moving back to Tennessee. I am not too happy with my home. The socket in the bathroom doesn't work. I am still waiting for someone to fix it. Then, I have a gas leak in my house. I have to wait on the lazy maintenance men to come fix it and put a door up here and not a box because the spire people couldn't even get to the hot water tank. It's quiet in the neighborhood, but this house has given me the blues. I'm thinking about moving out and breaking this lease.

If I could give a lower rating I would.
I applied for a house, Barbara self proclaimed to deny my application due to her inability to find the relationship of the landlord and the owner?
If she would have called the landlord, she would have found that they are MARRIED.
She failed in her attempt to be diligent, and did not even call the landlord
So my money was taken, and I had to do her job. Thanks for NOTHING!

I have been renting from them for the last 4 years and I absolutely love them. When I call because something needs to be fixed they come out the next day. And there have been times where I have been behind on my rent and they always work with me. I have nothing but good things to say about this great company.

They use to be prompt and caring usually for maintenance it’s within a 24 hrs I’ve rented from them going on 5 years but I had to move from a house to an apartment within 3 months had to find somewhere quick so I moved into one of their apartment rentals and now the maintenance service is poor! Best maintenance worker they have is Allen such a beautiful soul now that the temps has dropped I have NO WATER!!!!!!been calling all morning NO ANSWER !!!! Now I have to go stay with my son until it gets cut back on
