One star is too good for them. After speaking with the property manager I was informed with would be the first of November before any units were available for me and my dog. However, friends were able to immediately move in without any waiting period. They can not be trusted!

I recently moved from Barrington apartments after spending 15 months there while building a house. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was and always felt safe. The units and grounds are well cared for and Dawn is so nice and responsive to all questions and emails.

The office was very quick to respond to our maintenance request. Also, maintenance was very quick to fix the issue. However, I was able to see from my doorbell camera that the many many times maintenance went in and out of my apartment during the duration of fixing the issue, they never completely closed the door to our apartment with our AC running and the potential to allow pests to enter our apartment. And I am also pretty certain that one of the maintenance workers ate some of the granola that was sitting on my kitchen counter. There was a piece laying next to the bag and we have not ate it in over a week.

The Community is upper class. No problems with neighbors. Neighbors have pets and help each other with pet sitting etc. Never heard barking dogs. The appartment was very nice and clean. Nice large bedroom with large walkin closet. Very nice laundry set up. Fenced in back yard. Great set up for a dog. The management was very nice to work with. The Appartment was more like a townhouse. We could park our car in front and had two large private parking spots.

We have lived here for 6 months and so far its has been lovely. Anytime we have had an issue that required maintenance they've been out the same day and resolved the problem. The office staff has been very friendly and helped us through the leasing process like no other places we have lived. They are absolutely great. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and we have no issues with noise from our neighbors what so ever.

When I found out I was moving to Greenwood, I was having problems finding an apartment for my wife and I. I called the Barrington and at first they said they were full, but then put me on hold and then told me someone had just submitted an intent to vacate. We took the apartment and were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The apartment was immaculate. The community is really great and when we did have a maintenance issue (rarely) they responded the same day. The website makes paying rent and entering maintenance requests seamless. If we were not buying a home we would not be leaving. I give Barrington Apartments the highest of recommendations.
