I think most people, when they think of lenders, have this weird, behind the scenes negativity. It’s just engrained in most of the population that lenders only care about the money. Working with Barclay Roeder is always a pleasurable experience. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping you throughout every step of the process. I initially worked with Barclay in 2020 after reviewing multiple recommendations from my realtor. Barclay and his staff were wonderful. Great communication, timely response to questions, and very friendly. More recently, he reached out suggesting a review of my mortgage and property value. I was impressed that unprompted he was reviewing clients who might benefit from the property value changes and be able to remove PMIs early. The call saved me significant money over the next few years. I would highly recommend Barclay and will definitely utilize his office for future mortgage needs.
