It’s been nothing short of a nightmare ever since they bought my mortgage from another company. I tried and tried to get information from them, and they kept telling me to call back. Then decided to charge me late fees after I had spent hours trying to get info during the transition to them from my other servicer. I have literally spent dozens of hours on the phone with these people with no relief. I would strongly recommend you find another mortgage company. I’m actually spending time investigating how to refinance so I can get rid of these people.
