Make sure you record every phone call and document every detail reported to them! This is my 3rd plumbing leak that has caused major damage and yet they are not helping us at all. The plumbing leak came from upstairs and 1 unit over, although my bathroom is still not in use and I've got soaked carpet in my bedroom as well. I called and reported this leak 6 days ago, Rene initially blamed my owner but called me back 6 hours later to tell me it's related to the unit above to the left of me. Since then I've left 3 messages and 2 calls to the main line and still nothing returned!
Still waiting for help and a response from Bali management, it's time for us to get a lawyer

The Condo we live at had a fumigation done, and I've been calling Bali Management for 3 weeks. We have no hot water and we haven't been able to use our stove to cook for 3 WEEKS. They keep passing us to Socal Gas company and did not provide us the gas account or any other service to get our hot water or gas on. All because they didn't turn it back on after the fumigation the HOA forced us to do! They do very little communication or management.

This HOA will try and bully you.
Disclaimer: I am a guest visiting a homeowner at their property.
Long story short: they wrongfully placed a tow sticker on my car which is ridiculously hard to take off and leaves a residue.
Their rules state you will get towed if you park 5 times in the guest spot. It was my first time parking there. After talking to their only property manager, Rylee (no one else to talk to about this). They said they donโ€™t have to help me as I am a guest and proceeded to get upset when I questioned their potential to be breaking the law and where I went wrong to get a towing warning. They then raised their voice over the phone and said I donโ€™t have to help you, Iโ€™m hanging up nowโ€ and hung up on me. I was befuddled and continued emailing to seek a resolution or even an answer to my question, why did I get a warning?
Again since Iโ€™m a guest and the homeowner and I did everything correct, why is it necessary for the homeowner to talk to them? Seems like a question for retaliation as it has nothing to do with them. Very shady practices.

Absolutely useless property management firm. Unresponsive, unprofessional. Installed security cameras to prevent theft, when theft actually happens, cant be bothered to review video footage, and that's just a sample of what I'm talking about.
