Unprofessional management. Had trouble with the building fire alarm system but their manager sent us bills without investigation. They even didn't know which unit was us but kept saying we need to pay for the trouble. The fire panel clearly showed that the trouble was caused by another unit but the build manager mocked us "It's amazing you agreed to pay but you want to walk away now"

The building manager never showed up in the building to find out what was the problems at all but they wanted us to pay everything. They didn't do their job!
