Some genius from this office, listed my house for sale without me asking anyone to or even talking to me. My house was never for sale! Yet it still shows up on Zillow and other websites as being posted for sale July 31 of 2024 by this organization! And you listed it for about $700,000 less than what it’s worth! I don’t know what kind of game you were playing, but I am gonna speak to my attorney this morning and ask if there is anything that I can do!

I'm not a fan. Basically, if you want to sell real estate, you have to join this club. I just wanted to help manage properties, but they extorted my broker, so I had to join. If you are forced to join, you will also be forced to attend classes that are a complete waste of time. This could be a good organization if they would teach something practical.
