I’ve utilized Joe Bailey’s services on several occasions and I’m always impressed with his wealth of knowledge. He stands out from other agents because he has experience as a real estate agent, a property manager, and a home loan officer, and he knows Santa Cruz County better than anyone I’ve met. I recently attended his open house for a 4 bedroom dream home in Capitola (205 Cortez St.) close to the beach and great schools. Even though a ton of people showed up to his open house, he was able to give his attention to all of us and thoroughly answer all of our questions. I was not at all surprised that he was able to sell the home for well over asking. Before touring that home, on several occasions when I had local friends who needed long term rentals and out of town friends who needed vacation rentals, Joe was the first person I turned to for promising leads. With his many years of property management experience, he was able to answer all of our general questions and connect us to the leasing managers of some great properties. Then in June of this year (2019) when I considered co-signing on a home purchase with a friend, as a lending agent, he was beyond helpful. He gave me simple yet detailed instructions on what documents to submit to him so that he could get me pre-qualified for a home loan within an hour of my submission. He thoroughly answered all of our many questions about our various loan options in plain language we could understand and he knew answers to even our most complicated questions since this wasn’t a standard sale (my friend and I were to buy a family home from her aunt). His response time is almost instant every single time and he makes the whole process easy and stress free. I cannot recommend him enough.
