Tennant be very wary of this company especially if you are dealing with a man call Brett whitehead. In 2009 my son and his wife rented a house from this man. He collected the first month rent and deposit. In the first month they live at this house the light bill was almost the same as the rent so they could not stay. Brett went to the court to set them out and I own my home so I decided to take them him. I was also a co signer and low and behold Brett put a garnishment on my income. He was suing me for $12000. I got an attorney and file bankruptcy. He went after my son almost 10 years after and went for his bank account. I advised my son to file bankruptcy since the money went up to almost $13000. He did and the bankruptcy was discharged only to find out he has a lien on a van i bought for my son. He filed an electronic lien and its been almost a year and he still have this lienon my son's van. My next move is to sue him since a bankruptcy discharged all your debt and if a debtors still have a lien after the bankruptcy is discharged then he is i. Violation of the law. Do not rent from from this man.

I have been renting an apartment owned by B&S properties for almost 3 years now. The rent is amazingly affordable, the property is clean, the apartment that I live in is in great shape and if something breaks the maintenance guys are top notch and fix things quickly.
