As promised I said I would change my review if I got my deposit back. At first b&b rentals gave me a hard time trying to get my deposit back. I cleaned the house from top to bottom and even cut the grass. I made sure everything was like it was when I moved in. They tried to hold back my deposit trying to presume I installed a power outlet in a closet that was already there. People take picture of everything before and after your rental. They eventually made it right and gave me my full deposit and for that I will give them 3 stars instead of 1

I must say I had a very pleasant experience with B&B Rental Agency. Both ladies are sweethearts. Susan was whom I worked with. I submitted all requested documentation and I was approved within 48 hours. They communicated very well and stayed on top of everything. I am more than thankful for such a pleasant experience 🥰

They denied me because of late payments on my credit…. The only late payments I had on my account was student loans. Which doesn’t make sense….what agency factor in student loans for a rental application? No one….What’s even crazier is that I been approved for other rental agencies besides them in the same week. They really just made up something to deny my application. And gave the unit to someone else. I make more than enough income, and have good rental history. They think it’s cute to collect application fees but barely put someone in a home. They’re crooks…. they’ll take your money and find any random reason to deny you. I sent in a complaint to the government about this. Good luck if you apply with them.

I will say that we have started to rent from this company and have only been with them for about a month…and they have been AMAZING. We moved into our house and a LOT has had to be replaced/fixed and they have been on the ball! I’m very impressed and happy to be renting with this company.

I was really taken aback today to learn that my rental application was declined due to lack of rental history. You ( lady who never provided her name or said bye to end the phone call-RUDE) had already made up in your mind to deny my application the day I turned it in 2 weeks ago. I tried to give this hole-in-the wall of a rental agency the benefit of the doubt despite the reviews. I am financially stable, above average credit and no evictions. I contacted my previous landlord today via email after our call because I felt in the pit of my stomach no one from B&B rental made any attempts to contact her. I provided a phone number and email address. She confirmed it a few hours later that no one contacted her. I whole heartedly feel if my skin was of the fairer shade I would have been approved. There was absolutely NO reason I should have been denied.

It was not a good visit. I mean now a days they go by your credit an go by eviction how many people what income they make an then they want 700. For rent an 700. for deposit.. that's crazy.. some people DNT have good credit but are trying to do right an they get turned down if you owe a light bill they get turned down an if you have someone living with you an they unemployed you DNT get it in.. people has situations that come up an aren't able to pay things sometime give them people a chance everybody deserves second chances but not B&B they DNT give you the first chance...

Very strict. I was not approved because of an issue I was completely unaware about and this circumstance was created off of a justifiable and provable cause. Was told that because I was denied I will never be allowed to apply through them again even if the issue was resolved which is unfortunate for them due to the fact that I cater to 300-400 clients a month in the Leesburg area and will not be recommending their place of business due to the lack of understanding and care that they have for potential clients. I hope one day they will learn to be more understanding and caring to potential clients.
