We love our new apartment. 2 beds 2 bath 1000 square feet it’s beautiful and updated with washer/dryer and very close to the pool and high ceilings.! Thank you Misty for all your help and they installed a new washer and dryer the day before I moved in, Nick the maintenance manager gave me a quick review of the appliances and they are great thanks. And thank you for making the pet rent affordable and allowing my dog Max. He loves it too!!

DO NOT rent here. They are poorly managed. They do not fix anything properly the only reason we had the recent repairs completed is because we had to report them to the city. They never replaced my carpet after there was a plumbing leak. They had to redo our floors due to a recent rainstorm they replaced the floors with unmatched flooring. There was mold in the water heater and they painted over it they didn’t fix it. LIVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I just moved into the Azure Apartments a couple of months ago and I gotta let y’all know that the office manager Tiffany is super cool, professional, and friendly, the maintenance supervisor Nick is awesome, he is diligent and friendly and gets the job done in a timely major. Hands down this is a great place to live.

10/19/2024-After new management and great staff and more maintenance on staff I received a new working dishwasher was so excited. Then had new management check out my AC/Heater unit and discovered did not have one for two years 🙁

Guess what new manager Tiffany jumped on it called AC/Heating completed evaluation and ordered new unit installed it all within a week. Yeah that AWESOME!!! Two years and no AC or Heater new management and more maintenance and I had awesome summer and will have awesome winter warm. Thank you Azure new staff

The apartment online are not true as to what they advertise that is first and foremost important to know about this property.

Several Current Tenants have made multiple requests but unless the unit will be cost effective for management to repair or replace it never gets done. Dishwasher was flity (photos enclosed) when I moved in and was told I would get new one to replace it that was 08/2021.

Tenant overflowed toliet upstairs causing water leak to downstairs unit and this notice was placed to management 07/2022 still water damage has not been repaired.

Plumbing is old constantly backing up you spend money on drano to keep Plumbing clear.

New Management and owners performed a complete inspection on all units promised they would repair and replace all broken items still not fixed.

Parking regardless if your a couple with two vehicles you will have to park in neighborhood to the west/east or south of complex because not enough parking for paying tenants. If you pat extra for a garage guest what you lose your assigned covered parking space.

Seriously do your homework as I had to do a rush move due to my job and it has not been ideal.

Terrible management

We complained about a broken light in the bathroom, only for them to replace it with a bulb that does not work. They had to fix an issue in our bathroom and they never finished painting the walls, it has been months. Noisy air conditioner outside that we complained about that they "fixed" only for it to start making loud noises again after a month.

I have lived here for a few years and I have seen many management teams come in. I have had issues and services that needed to be address that never were completed or acknowledge.
However Tiffany and her staff have impressed me with there professionalism and attention to my request. I almost considered moving out due to the lack of consideration to my concerns of my apartment. Im happy to say within a month all those concerns have been addressed and Ill be signing on for another year and hopefully even more years to follow.

I applied and for 2 weeks I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone to open the door no response from anyone to tell me if I was approved move in date, amount NOTHING! I finally got a call back from new manager apologizing & telling me old staff were no longer there & they just took over! Tiffany got me approved & moved in all with in 4 days. My place is beautiful and perfect for me, parking is an issue and maintenance guy is kind of strange but so far things have been great.

The fact that the office is open AND they answer the phone I am thankful! Maintenance no longer wakes me up at 8 AM riding his loud as hell moped I am grateful! This new mgmt team has done more in 3 weeks than I’ve seen in 3 years. Now what took owners so long to change who knows but I’m happy they came to their senses! Tiffany is helpful, approachable & responsive!
